Pamela Easton (b.1958) and Lydia Pearson (b.1957) started their label as a small operation in Brisbane over a decade ago and now sell in stores throughout Australia, Europe, the United States and Asia. They are one of Australia’s most successful fashion brands and have maintained a consistently innovative approach to their work.

The bulk of their fabrics are painstakingly designed by Easton Pearson, and then sourced and commissioned from skilled craftspeople in India and Vietnam. Easton and Pearson make frequent trips to these countries, and have a deep-seated passion for the culture and the welfare of the people. Easton notes that, ‘So much of the culture and history is in the craft. We’re interested in helping the people there to sustain a livelihood from their traditional skills.’

The business has expanded beyond their expectations and the two feel blessed by the opportunities afforded to them.
